My Limoncello

$75

Limoncello is undoubtedly the most fashionable of Italian digestifs. While its origins are claimed by the people of Sorrento, they played a significant role in popularising this liquor. The version produced by Lorenzo Inga is made from infusions of Sicilian lemon peels and juice, highlighting the strong connection the Inga family has with this beautiful island. The liquor boasts a sweet, full-bodied flavour with a zesty lemon taste derived from hand-picked Sicilian lemons. It is best enjoyed chilled, whether served neat or mixed with sparkling wine for a refreshing Limoncello Spritz or as a cocktail ingredient.
At 30% ABV, Limoncello is slightly stronger, which is beneficial as it prevents the liquid from freezing when stored in the freezer, allowing you to serve it extra cold.
