Once your online checkout is complete, orders are processed and shipped within a short timeframe. As a result, cancellations are not generally possible.


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

JMJ Imports currently use e-go (courier service) to deliver our products within Australia.  e-go delivers Monday – Friday, during business hours only.  All orders can be delivered to any nominated address within Australia. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there is no delivery instructions a card will be left in the post box or under your door, advising you to collect your purchase at your local post office.  Please note that we cannot accept instructions for a carrier to contact you prior to delivery.
We despatch all of our orders within 48 hours of the order being received and the payment details finalised.  In some instances the despatch time may be a little longer.  If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from State to State.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
