Age Restriction

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from JMJ Imports Pty Ltd. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years of age.

Privacy Policy

JMJ Imports is committed to protecting and preserving the integrity of any personal information we collect. We are bound by and will always comply fully with the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988. JMJ Imports will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with the Act and this privacy policy. All personal information will be managed confidentially and securely and destroyed appropriately when no longer required. We will not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal information with any third party.

Spam Policy

JMJ Imports is committed to complying with its obligations under the Spam Act 2003. You are at liberty to unsubscribe from any mailing list to which you have previously subscribed. If for any reason there appears to be no facility to end your subscription, please send us an email advising of your wish to unsubscribe.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Security

JMJ Imports want to ensure you that you can purchase from us with confidence online. When purchasing from JMJ Imports your financial details are passed through a secure server using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your online shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

Cancellation policy

Once your online checkout is complete, orders are processed and shipped within a short timeframe. As a result, cancellations are not generally possible.

Delivery

JMJ Imports currently use Sendle (courier service) to deliver our products within Australia. Sendle delivers Monday – Friday, during business hours only. All orders can be delivered to any nominated address within Australia. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there is no delivery instructions a card will be left in the post box or under your door, advising you to collect your purchase at your local post office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions for a carrier to contact you prior to delivery.
We despatch all of our orders within 48 hours of the order being received and the payment details finalised. In some instances the despatch time may be a little longer. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.

Insurance

All our orders are insured against physical loss and damage while in transit. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty bottle or we have incorrectly packed your order, please email us on info@jmjimports.com.au with your phone details and we will call you.

Errors & Omissions

We make changes to information we publish at any time without notice. We will make every endeavor to keep the information shown on our website up to date, however JMJ Imports carries no responsibility for its accuracy and/or omissions that may occur from time to time.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will JMJ Imports be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the purchase, delivery, use, or return of any product or service purchased from this website beyond the value of the item/s purchased.

WARNING: Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700).

Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18. Queensland: Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
