This white Sambuca is delicate and smooth, releasing all the intense aroma of star anise. Based on Gaetano Inga’s traditional recipe, the strength of both alcohol (38%) and aniseed notes give way to a warm sensation and a long-lasting finish. Perfect over ice as an aperitif to bring out the flavours or traditionally served 'Con la mosca' - flamed with three floating coffee beans.

The Inga family's spirits and liqueurs began in Noto, Sicily, in 1832 and have thrived in Piedmont since the early twentieth century. Their story is one of passion for the art of distillation, passed down through five generations, driven by a seasonal ritual to capture the flavours of their homeland.
