Villa Serravalle - Grappa Nebbiolo

Nebbiolo is an Italian red wine grape variety collected from the Langhe and Albese areas of the Piedmont region. This creates a notably dry grappa, which retains flavours of vanilla and dried fruit. The amber colour with golden hues is accompanied by an intense, tannic aroma with hints of spiced vanilla.

The Inga family's spirits and liqueurs began in Noto, Sicily, in 1832 and have thrived in Piedmont since the early twentieth century. Their story is one of passion for the art of distillation, passed down through five generations, driven by a seasonal ritual to capture the flavours of their homeland.
